My hope with this painting is to reinforce the message that chimpanzees are not and never ever should be pets, used for human entertainment or human consumption. All chimpanzees have the right to live free and wild in their forest homes. Liberia Chimpanzee Rescue & Protection are at the forefront and work tirelessly in the fight against the illegal pet and bush meat trades and their work is vital to rescuing trafficked chimps, giving them a chance of a better life and fight to end the trades for good…

Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm fine art paper to ensure a print of the highest museum archival quality. It is a 100% white cotton fine art paper which boasts a wonderfully soft feel and lightly defined felt structure and images are printed with LUCIA EX 12 Colour Pigment Ink. I only use a print studio that carries the Fine Art Trade Guild kite mark to ensure superior quality.
Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the print maker and me, the artist and contains the title of the work, the media used and the number and date of the edition.
